MACHU PICCHU DAY 1

You’ll travel to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu through the legendary Sacred Valley, surrounded by sacred landscapes, living villages, and singing rivers. An overnight stay in Aguas Calientes allows you to rest and wake up calmly before immersing yourself in the mysticism of the most famous Inca city in the world. Stay: 1 Night Hotel Aguas Calientes
07:00 – 08:00 a.m.
Hotel pick-up in Cusco Departure from your accommodation toward the heart of the Sacred Valley.
08:00 – 09:30 a.m.
Transfer to Ollantaytambo train station Journey through mountains, corn fields, and Andean villages to the train station.
10:00 a.m.
Train to Aguas Calientes (Expedition or Vistadome) Scenic ride along the Urubamba River. The mountains open to reveal the path to the sacred city.
12:30 p.m.
Arrival in Aguas Calientes Reception at the station and assistance to your hotel. Free time for lunch, exploring town, or visiting the hot springs (optional).

Hotel breakfast and ascent to Machu Picchu Early bus ride to the Inca citadel at sunrise, as golden light bathes the terraces and temples.
